SYANICALTURE

The website provides information on Japanese culture.
(If you want to know more about Japanese life and culture, have a look)

The word ‘SYANICAL‘ was created by combining these three words.
SYANIKAMAERU/ cynical / culture.
The meanig of SYANIKAMAERU is to look at things obliquely and cynically.

SYANICAL is about taking pictures, reading(NOVEL,COMIC),
listening(J-POP),watching(Anime,Dorma,Movie),
eating(japanese food) and talking.

This site is shining a light on all of these “daily life, activities and living”.
Shining a light on all these ‘everyday activities and lives’, we regard them as ‘japanese culture‘ and transmit them.

If nothing is done, they leave behind feelings, memories and experiences that dissolve into everyday life.

Someone is still alive somewhere today.
A web magazine that lets you feel the “life”.

Today, ‘diversity’ is celebrated.I think that is why there is also a ‘divide’.

Of course, there are differences between generations,
But I think there are also significant differences within each generation.

We, Generation Z, are the generation that mainly uses ‘SNS’.
There are popular songs, stories, food and popular people.
There is a generation-specific ‘culture’.

However, there are also people in Generation Z who
Not very good at digital, not very good at
Can’t keep up with the latest fads.
Some people can’t keep up with it.
We are on that side.

We don’t understand or don’t know the ‘culture’ that many of our generation love.
I don’t know, I don’t know.
I was often the one who didn’t know.

As a result.
we don’t like it very much, we don’t feel comfortable talking about it, we don’t tune in
We have had a lot of experiences of not being able to tune in.

We are often told that we are
‘You are oblique’, cynical.

But that doesn’t mean that we don’t
We don’t tolerate it, we don’t deny it.

We say that what we think is good is good.
We deliver the ‘culture’ we think is good.

It is with this in mind that we have set up this website.
Thank you very much for your cooperation.
If you have your own ‘culture’Please join us.
